Investor Participation
Investment opportunities, along with investment structure and participation will vary on an individual transaction basis. The requisite legal documentation as well as deal structure will be provided to such individuals or institutions in order to afford independent legal and tax consultation to determine participation at such time as assets are identified.
A Subscription for Membership Interest Agreement is mandatory of all prospective investors as a condition precedent to participate in any investment.
